The History

Dave Bowman - Service Manager

Dave started Tech-Care Suspension in 1988 which has now transformed into TCD Racing. Dave raced professionally and still to this day rides and teaches motocross schools. With his 30+ years of experience in the industry Dave provides the knowledge to assist all customers with their specific needs.

Paul Hinz - Parts Manager

Paul has been a motocross advocate his entire life and has been working for Tech-Care since the beginning. With 20+ years of experience he can answer any questions you have. Paul enjoys riding mountain bikes in his spare time.

Tech-Care Suspension started in 1988 by Dave Bowman. Dave saw a need in the industry to offer his customers a safe, competitive option in their suspension needs. Dave Bowman’s expertise stems from being a professional MX racer and his verse certifications in suspension servicing in the past 30+ years. Tim Bennett partnered into Tech-Care Trackside in 2012, with the main focus of providing exceptional trackside support to the elite MX/SX clientele. Over the next few years Tech-Care Trackside transitioned in to TechCare Development (TCD Racing), focusing on product development,   R & D,  rider development, and expanding rider support. TCD Racing is currently located in Michigan with a 6200+ square foot building, with 50ft mobile unit used for testing and trackside support.​

Heather Bennett - Operations

Heather has been apart of the Motorcycle Industry her entire life. Her Dad, Dave Bowman started Small Displacement Motorsports "Tech-Care Suspension". She is in charge of the Marketing and Promoting Part of the business. She races in the Womens Motocross Series. Look for the #31 TCD backed Honda at the track!

Tim Bennett - Owner

Tim has been in the racing scene for over a decade. Being a rider himself Tim saw the potential for being able to provide top competitors with high quality suspension and motor mods. Tim has worked for and managed Satellite Race Teams, Factory Race Teams and Pro Riders. Teams like Geico Honda, Suzuki City and riders like Justin Barcia, Malcom Stewart, Jimmy Decotis, and Matt Lemoine.
